Ethics, Compliance & Confidential Reporting

At Hanwha Philly Shipyard, Inc. (HPSI), we uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance. Employees, suppliers, and stakeholders can report concerns confidentially through our Ethics Hotline, helping us maintain integrity, accountability, and transparency in all operations.

Report an Ethics Concern

If you ever have a concern regarding unethical or suspicious activity, including safety issues, terroristic threats, or unusual behavior, we encourage you to speak up.

Employees may report concerns to their supervisor or through our confidential reporting service, The Network. Suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders may report concerns directly through The Network:

Confidential & Independent Reporting

The Network is an independent third-party reporting service. Individuals may submit concerns anonymously through a secure online form or by speaking with a professional interview specialist, who will document the report and forward it to HPSI for appropriate review and follow-up.

HPSI prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises concerns in good faith and is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and ethical workplace.
